The Fusion HG-6 is the ultimate home gym with three varied-height cable pulleys and a cable crossover system that doubles as an alternative way to add resistance to the barbell. Two, 200-lb weight stacks allow for effective, independent training during exercises such as leg extension, leg curl and cable crossover movements. VKR/Dip Attachment and various accessories and handles offer virtually endless exercise options.

The included FS-150 bench further expands the HG-6's versatility, providing such exercises as leg press, leg extension and curl, rowing movement and various press and cable exercises. The FS-150 also has a unique feature not found on any other workout bench - spring-loaded positioning wheels. While not in use the bench floats above the wheels and can be moved around easily. Locks down automatically while in use. Contoured sport seat with lumbar support provides unequaled comfort and performance while the positioning handles make adjusting seat positions a snap.

Several convenience features round out the superiority of the HG-6: Multiple, adjustable foot plates, height indicator markers for crossover pulleys, padded back rollers, barbell holder for performing chin ups, lat bar securing hooks, leg hold down, spot blocks, side-to-side barbell ratcheting for easy upward placement, VKR/Dip assist belt and cup holder. The driving force behind Fusion equipment is ProSpot Fitness Grab & Go®
technology, providing instant and automatic locking of the barbell. An embedded touch sensor in the barbell controls the locking and unlocking mechanisms. To unlock the barbell for use, simply ‘Grab’ it and lift one inch to release, then ‘Go’ with your workout. Maintaining finger contact with the touch sensor on the barbell keeps the barbell unlocked and completely under your control. Opening one or both hands instantly locks the barbell at the point of release.
